(Leila N. Morris, เพลง "Nearer, still nearer")

"We walk by faith."
(2 Corinthians 5:7)

The Christian’s path is often very rough. We know that we are on the right path, and that all our difficulties are mercies in disguise, and lead to heaven. We believe that God is with us and will supply all we need.

We are comforted by God’s promises in the Bible, and trust in the unchanging God. We remember that it is through much trouble that we enter heaven. Our God will support us, His hand will defend us, and His grace shall be glorified in our present and eternal salvation.

We do not know the future, but our God knows, and He will lead us. He will never leave us, but will guide us even unto death.

"Nearer, still nearer, Lord to be Thine,
Sin with its follies I gladly resign;
All of its pleasure, pomp and pride,
Give me but Jesus, my Lord crucified."
(Leila N. Morris, hymn "Nearer, still nearer")
